THE US Justice Department has indicted three Russian nationals—Aleksandr Volosovik, Kirill Zatolokin, and Yulia Pankova—and two companies, ML.Cloud and Media Land, for allegedly facilitating cybercrime services. These services provided 'bulletproof' hosting for criminal activities like phishing, DDoS attacks, and ransomware, impacting at least 42 entities across 21 states in the US with losses in the tens of millions of dollars.
The announcement follows previous sanctions against these individuals and companies in 2025. The US is also offering up to $10 million for information leading to their capture.
