YARA-X 1.14.0 adds deps command to map rule dependencies

YARA-X 1.14.0 Release from SANS Internet Storm Center introduces four improvements and two bug fixes. One of the improvements is a new CLI command: deps, which shows the dependencies of rules. An example in the release notes demonstrates that rule1 has no dependencies, while rule2 depends on rule1 and rule3 depends on rule2.
