Securing agentic AI: Your guide to the Microsoft Ignite sessions catalog

Security professionals are invited to Microsoft Ignite 2025 in San Francisco from 17 to 21 November, with online access available from 18 to 20 November, and the event will showcase an AI-first, end-to-end security platform for protecting identities, devices, data, applications, clouds, infrastructure and AI agents.

According to Microsoft Security Blog, the agenda includes a Security Forum starting on 17 November and a range of breakout, theatre and hands-on lab sessions designed to deepen practical security skills, plus onsite certification opportunities. The keynote and security track will feature senior Microsoft leaders, including Vasu Jakkal and Ann Johnson, who will discuss the future of cybersecurity in the age of AI.

Three core themes structure the sessions: Modernize your security operations, Protect your cloud and AI, and Secure your data, with content spanning Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, Entra, and the governance of agentic AI systems. The experience emphasises hands-on labs, demos, and opportunities to meet the security community and partners, including the Microsoft Intelligent Security Association, with dedicated experiences such as Security Leaders Dinner and Secure the Night party.
