Despite claiming to offer private, encrypted communication via a Jabber server, their actual IP address was discovered, revealing that communications are not as secure as advertised. Both domains, darked.im and darkforums.im, resolve to the same clearnet IP address (172.234.115.5), indicating a lack of meaningful anonymization for users trying to avoid surveillance. This discrepancy raises concerns about the effectiveness of their privacy claims.
