Military Tipsters Exposed in Navigate360 Breach, Report Says

DataBreaches.net reports that approximately 93,760 unclassified but sensitive tips submitted to the US military through Navigate360 subsidiary P3 Global Intel applications and websites were included in the wider Navigate360 breach. The dataset reportedly contained 2,115 Coast Guard tips, 38,349 submitted to Navy NCIS and the US Marine Corps, 26,897 to Army CID, and 26,289 to the Air Force and Space Force.

The exposed material included allegations of violence, fraud, military computer attacks, illegal boat operations, pollution and romance scams. Some tipsters supplied names, addresses, telephone numbers or email addresses despite requesting anonymity, potentially exposing them to embarrassment, retaliation or further fraud.

The report says DataBreaches contacted media representatives for each military branch to ask whether they had been notified about the breach and whether affected individuals had been contacted. None replied. The publication also asked the US Department of Homeland Security on 14 September 2026 whether Navigate360 had identified the affected tips to the military, whether the company had secured the data after the breach, and whether the armed forces were still using P3. Homeland Security did not respond.

DataBreaches says the P3 mobile applications for Army CID and the Coast Guard appeared to have been removed from Apple’s App Store and Google Play since its previous check, but it could not confirm whether this reflected action taken because of the breach. The report does not establish that any exposed information has been misused or that victims and tipsters have been notified.
