DATABREACHES .net reports that approximately 93,760 unclassified but sensitive tips submitted to US military organisations through Navigate360 subsidiary P3 Global Intel applications and websites were included in the wider Navigate360 breach. The dataset reportedly contained 2,115 Coast Guard tips, 38,349 submitted to Navy NCIS and the Marine Corps, 26,897 to Army CID, and 26,289 to the Air Force and Space Force.
The exposed material included allegations of insider threats, violence, fraud, illegal activity, military computer hacking and romance scams. Some tipsters supplied names, addresses, telephone numbers or email addresses while specifically requesting anonymity.
The report says DataBreaches contacted media representatives for each military branch to ask whether they had been notified, whether affected individuals had been identified and whether tipsters had been informed. None responded. The publication also contacted the US Department of Homeland Security with questions about Navigate360’s notifications, steps taken to secure the systems and whether the armed forces were still using P3; DHS did not reply by 14 September 2026.
DataBreaches says P3 mobile applications for Army CID and the Coast Guard appeared to have been removed from Apple’s App Store and Google Play, but it does not establish why or whether all military systems were withdrawn. The report presents examples of the exposed tips with partial redaction and warns that disclosure could embarrass individuals, undermine promised anonymity or make tipsters and victims targets for further scams.
