Monnai Raises $12 Million for Identity and Risk Data Infrastructure
Monnai has raised $12 million in an equity funding round, bringing its total funding to $23 million, in a deal led by Motive Partners with additional support from Commerce Ventures and 500 Global. Founded in 2021 and based in California, Monnai builds an identity and risk data infrastructure that it says enables real-time, ultra-low-latency risk signals for e-commerce, financial services and fintech organisations worldwide.
The company says its platform supports hundreds of data sets, back-testing and observability to monitor data quality and model performance at scale, processing tens of millions of transactions per month. The fresh funds will be used to accelerate global coverage in Europe and Latin America, and to invest in core data infrastructure as well as data effectiveness, response times, and growth across data engineering and go-to-market teams.
