The breach occurred on approximately July 25, 2025, and involved unauthorized access to internal systems. Although RAR took steps to contain and investigate the incident with external cybersecurity experts, details on the full scope of compromised data were limited. The information at risk potentially included names, Social Security numbers, financial details, and medical records.
Individuals affected were notified starting May 21, 2026, and those with compromised Social Security numbers were offered complimentary credit monitoring.
