CHECK Point Software Technologies has announced three acquisitions—Cyata, Cyclops, and Rotate—to accelerate its push into AI-driven security and exposure management. According to Calcalist, the total paid for the trio is approximately $150 million, including $85 million for Cyclops, with financial terms not publicly disclosed.
The deals come on the back of Check Point’s strong fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 results, which saw Q4 revenues of $745 million, up 6% year over year, with security subscription revenues of $325 million and calculated billings over $1 billion. Full-year 2025 revenues reached $2.7 billion, with non-GAAP EPS of $11.89 and GAAP EPS of $9.62, both higher than prior periods.
These acquisitions follow the earlier $190 million net-cash purchase of Lakera AI, reinforcing the company’s strategy to expand AI-enabled security capabilities and exposure management across its offerings.
