Identity Security Firm Saviynt Raises $700 Million at $3 Billion Valuation

According to SecurityWeek, identity security firm Saviynt announced raising $700 million in a Series B growth-equity funding round that values the company at roughly $3 billion. The round was led by KKR, with participation from Sixth Street Growth, TenEleven, and Carrick Capital Partners, and comes alongside Saviynt’s description of an AI-powered platform for managing and securing human, non-human, and AI agent identities across applications, data and infrastructure.

The company said the investment will support product development, help migrate from legacy platforms to Saviynt, and improve integration with third-party platforms, with CEO Sachin Nayyar emphasising rising demand for governed identity. Saviynt has previously raised $40 million in 2018, $130 million in 2021, and $205 million in 2023.

It is noted that while a large portion of the $700 million may fund the business directly, a secondary component could be used to provide liquidity to existing shareholders or employees.
