Massive IPTV Hosted Across More Than 1,000 Domains And Over 10,000 IP Addresses

According to Silent Push, a cybersecurity firm, a colossal illegal IPTV network has been exposed, active for years across more than 1,000 domains and over 10,000 unique IP addresses. The network illegally streams content from Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video and HBO, and also offers live sports from the Premier League, Formula 1, the NBA and UFC.

The investigation identified two companies, XuiOne and Tiyansoft, as central to hosting and profiting from the pirated content, and singled out Nabi Neamati, based in Herat, Afghanistan, as significantly involved in the network’s operations. One service within the network, JVTVlive, openly advertises access to “22,500 channels and 100,000 Movies & TV Shows” for as little as $15 a month, while the report notes that illicit IPTV operators often host vast libraries at a fraction of legitimate prices.

The network’s vast number of IP addresses relative to its domain count is highlighted as a характер feature to improve resilience against takedowns. JVTVlive’s website claims to have “2,000 servers in 198 countries,” a figure researchers say may be accurate based on Silent Push’s data. 4 September 2025.
