Italian Credit Cards, Jazeera Passenger Database, and New Decentralized Botnet Loader

SOCRadar’s Dark Web Team highlighted several underground listings this week, including auctions for Italian credit cards, a Jazeera Airways passenger dump, and a Vidal Health dataset, along with a decentralized botnet loader offering. The post claims 300 credit cards belonging to Italy are for sale, with the data purportedly obtained via a sniffer and a stated validity rate above 80 per cent; starting price is 1000, bidding step 100, blitz price 1500, and an auction period ending 12 hours after the last bid.

It also alleges the Jazeera Airways passenger database comprises a first-time breach with 15 million passenger records from 2020 to 2023, with newer data from 2023 to 2025 not included, offered for 2,500 dollars in Monero and a deletion option for 5,000 dollars. The Vidal Health Insurance TPA Services dataset is claimed to contain 472 GB across 326,865 files, dated October 2025 and priced at 3,000 dollars.

A New Decentralized Botnet Loader is described for 200 dollars, claiming blockchain-stored, immutable commands and control via private keys, with bots polling multiple RPC networks and checking at least three servers to verify command origin. According to SOCRadar Dark Web Team’s post, these details are based on threat actor statements.
