UNLIMITED Technology Systems has reported a data breach affecting over 3.8 million individuals, where personal, medical, and health insurance information was compromised. The breach occurred between October 5 and October 10, 2025, at one of its commercial data centers.
The stolen data includes names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, Social Security numbers, medical record numbers, diagnoses, service dates, insurance policy numbers, and scanned documents but excludes complete patient medical records and financial information. The company is offering two years of free credit monitoring and fraud services to affected individuals. They have not identified the threat actor responsible for the breach.
