RevEng.AI raises $15M Series A to boost AI binary code analysis

RevEng.AI, a London-based cybersecurity startup, has raised $15 million in a Series A funding round, totaling $19.5 million to date. The investment was led by NATO Innovation Fund, with support from several other firms. Founded in 2023, RevEng.AI utilizes its AI model, BinNet, to analyze compiled software at the binary level without needing source code access, enabling it to identify vulnerabilities and backdoors.

This proactive verification aims to secure the software supply chain, especially as AI-driven coding increases. The platform promises rapid software analysis and integration into existing security workflows, enhancing organizational visibility and trust in software deployments.
