Lost your account key?
CyberSIXT cannot recover a key. It stores only a hash of it, with no email or name to verify you by.
If you added a passkey
A registered passkey opens the account without the key. Once signed in, keep at least two passkeys on the Security page.
Check your password manager
The sign-in form pairs the key with the username “CyberSIXT account”, so most managers saved it under that name.
Start again
Create a new account. Follows saved on this device carry over; alerts and channels from the old account do not.
