INTERNATIONAL law enforcement agencies have dismantled a major cryptocurrency laundering service known as 'AudiA6'. This platform was involved in laundering over EUR 336 million for cybercriminals from 2022 to 2025, serving as a key financial conduit for ransomware gangs. Coordinated operations led by the U.S. Secret Service, IRS, and Polish Police resulted in the arrest of two suspects and the seizure of over 30 servers along with EUR 692,000 in cryptocurrency.
Initial investigations revealed an industrial-scale operation using fraudulent exchange accounts. The crackdown has exposed thousands of money mule accounts and disrupted the operational infrastructure of modern cybercrime.
