SAFEPAL has reported a data breach affecting around 40,000 customers due to a vulnerability exploited in their order-tracking system. The compromised data includes names, addresses, emails, and phone numbers, linked to orders placed between March 2, 2025, and April 11, 2026. However, no financial details or sensitive wallet credentials were accessed.
Customers are advised to be cautious of any suspicious communication regarding their private keys and to create new wallets if they suspect their information has been compromised. SafePal has begun reviewing their systems to prevent further breaches and has initiated contact with affected individuals.
