SafePal warns 40k customers after order tracking system breach

SAFEPAL , a cryptocurrency hardware wallet manufacturer, reported a data breach affecting approximately 39,798 customers, urging them to be cautious of phishing attempts. The compromised order information includes names, email and shipping addresses, phone numbers, and purchase details for orders placed between March 2, 2025, and April 11, 2026. SafePal reassured customers that sensitive information such as seed phrases or payment details were not affected.

The breach resulted from a vulnerability in the firm's order-tracking system, which has been addressed through remediation and enhanced security measures. Customers are advised to report suspicious communications and not to disclose their wallet credentials.
