TEL Aviv-based Mave, a start-up founded in 2025 by Unit 8200 alumni Guy Eshel (CTO) and Raziel Oren (CEO), has announced a total of $34 million in funding. The round comprises a $6 million seed raised at founding and a $28 million Series A disclosed on 22 October 2026, led by Red Dot Capital Partners with participation from Lumir Growth Partners. Dell Technologies Capital and Emerge Ventures, which led the seed round, also joined the Series A.

The company plans to use the funds to accelerate frontier AI research, strengthen its enterprise product lines and grow its global presence, with staff numbers around 30 already and additional hires in go-to-market and AI research roles.

Mave markets an agentic SecOps approach that pulls live context from existing security stacks and uses fine-tuned security lifecycle models and frontier large language models to generate near real-time, context-based reasoning for security teams. The aim is to counter the accelerating pace of AI-assisted attacks by enabling security operations to see, manage and act on data more quickly than traditional SIEMs allow.

The founders emphasise governance and control, noting that current capabilities stop short of full automation and require least-privileged integrations, approval gates and an auditable trail. While the technology is positioned to reduce alert fatigue and staff overhead, Mave does not promise autonomous remediation at this stage.
