Arrested in 2024 and extradited to the U.S. in July 2025, Moucka was part of a cybercriminal group identified as UNC5537, which accessed sensitive data using stolen login credentials.
The breach affected major companies like AT&T, Ticketmaster, and Santander Bank, leading to significant financial losses and extortion payments. The total losses for targeted entities exceeded $9.5 million, while the hackers amassed $2.5 million through ransom and sold stolen data online.
