CEVA Logistics, a major shipping and logistics company, experienced a cyberattack on July 29, disrupting operations across eight European warehouses. The company informed affected customers on August 1 that shipments from these locations are halted. Notable organizations, including retailers Bol and De Bijenkorf, as well as football club Ajax and gaming company Valve, reported potential data exposure linked to the attack.
While customer data such as names and addresses may have been compromised, no payment information was involved. Ceva Logistics has a history of data breaches, having faced attacks from the extortion group Coinbase Cartel previously.
