D1R ransomware claims Synopsys breach, threatens 40k data leak

A new ransomware group named D1R has claimed responsibility for hacking Synopsys and Bosch. They allege that they exploited a vulnerability in Synopsys’ website to access a database containing 40,000 client entries and threaten to leak this data unless a ransom is paid. D1R also claims to have obtained valuable intellectual property from Bosch related to their engineering and technology operations. However, Synopsys has stated that it found no evidence to support these claims of a breach.
