MICROSOFT'S June 2026 Patch Tuesday updates addressed approximately 200 vulnerabilities in its products, none of which were exploited in the wild prior to patching. Three publicly disclosed vulnerabilities include CVE-2026-49160 (a DoS issue related to HTTP2/Bomb), CVE-2026-50507 (a BitLocker security bypass), and CVE-2026-45586 (a bug in the Windows Collaborative Translation Framework that can elevate privileges).
Nearly 40 vulnerabilities have been rated as 'critical', affecting key Microsoft products like Windows, Azure, and Office, with potential severe consequences such as remote code execution and information disclosure. Additionally, Microsoft released advisories for 360 issues affecting third-party components. Adobe also reported patches for over 120 vulnerabilities during this update cycle.
