REIN Security has raised $25 million in a Series A funding round, taking the total raised by the company to $35 million. The round was co-led by Glilot Capital and Sienna Venture Capital, with additional support from Corner Ventures, Atlacle and RNP Capital Advisors. Rein, which operates from Tel Aviv and New York City, was founded in 2024 to protect applications at runtime and provide real‑time context inside production environments, expanding its scope to guard AI agents as well.
The company describes its AI‑native security platform as operating where agents execute actions, offering visibility into agent behaviour, real‑time guardrails and governance, and supply chain security for AI agents. Rein claims its architecture delivers protections that keep pace with rapid AI adoption and notes that thousands of agents across multiple industries are already being secured.
The fresh funding will be used to accelerate product innovation and advance “agentic” research, as well as to expand Rein’s global employee base, according to the company and statements from investors.
