The attack involved a phishing campaign using a fake domain that led to an unauthorized access incident at ReliaQuest, where one employee unknowingly provided their login credentials. However, the firm stated that systems, applications, and customer data remained intact and were not compromised. ReliaQuest emphasized that claims of a ransomware attack or significant data breach are false.
